Learn about the toxins, heavy metals, viruses, and bacteria that can make you sick and how you can avoid them.
We are pointing out another culprit of serious health risks: cancer, hypertension, fluid retention, diabetes, kidney and cardiovascular conditions, endocrine and hormonal disruption, personality changes, swelling, dehydration, and nervous disorders.
Pregnant women should be aware of the risks, including birth defects and reproductive problems such as low birth weight and premature births. Keep reading to stay informed. Share this information.
I want to draw attention to these issues for the well-being of everyone. In the United States, more than $250 billion is spent annually on diseases related to substances found in water. Read this article to be fully informed.
Exposing the Essence of Life: Water Water is essential for life, but its toxicity due to chemicals in tap water poses serious health risks. Here, I will reveal the toxins present and how to avoid this danger. This information is invaluable for you and your loved ones.
The Risk for Everyone The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) warns that we are all vulnerable to getting sick from contaminated water. This danger affects infants, children, pregnant women, the elderly, people with weakened immune systems, those with compromised defenses, and individuals with cancer, hypertension, fluid retention, diabetes, kidney and cardiovascular conditions, endocrine and hormonal disruption, personality changes, swelling, dehydration, and nervous disorders—in short, practically everyone. Being honest, it would be better if they told us humans should not drink or cook with this water.
In other words, it affects almost everyone. The CDC tells us that the toxins present in the water are generally tolerable, except for these groups:
The Dangers That Threaten Us By drinking tap water, we expose ourselves to viruses and bacteria such as Cryptosporidium, Legionella, Campylobacter, Norovirus, E. coli, Rotavirus, Enterovirus, Salmonella, Giardia, Shigella, and Hepatitis A virus, along with chemicals like Arsenic, Nitrates, Copper, Radon, and Lead. Avoid becoming a victim of these dangers. Today, you will learn where these toxins come from, how they accumulate, and how to protect your health.
Serious Health Risks: The risks include cancer, endocrine and hormonal disruptions, hypertension, fluid retention, numbness, personality changes, seizures, muscle weakness, excessive thirst, dehydration, and more. This article will teach you how to avoid these dangers and how to maintain healthy hydration.
The Importance of Hydration: Water is crucial for the body, which is approximately 60% water. Its distribution varies by age, sex, and other factors. Keep your body hydrated during and after exercise, avoiding sugary drinks and sodas. Dehydration is more likely in hot climates and during intense exercise.
Nasal Washes: with Tap Water The CDC warns against using tap water for nasal irrigations, as it can cause acute and chronic, often fatal, illnesses. The risks include contracting rare but serious infections from Acanthamoeba, microscopic organisms commonly found in soil, water, and air. These single-celled organisms can cause a variety of symptoms and are fatal in 82 percent of cases.
Acanthamoeba can cause:
1- Acanthamoeba keratitis, an eye infection that risks permanent vision loss, especially for contact lens users.
2- Granulomatous amebic encephalitis, a severe brain and spinal cord infection in immunocompromised patients.
3- Disseminated infection, a widespread body infection affecting the skin, sinuses, lungs, and other organs, is more common in immunocompromised individuals.
Instead, use distilled, sterile water (not commercially bottled in plastic), preferably using a distillation system, or water filtered by reverse osmosis (see article on plastic containers).
The Solution: Water Filters Installing a water filter that removes chemicals like chlorine and fluoride is essential. Most commercial filters fulfill this function, but I recommend using a five-stage reverse osmosis (R.O.) system.
